Good Music That'd Play On Radio New Vegas Or GNR?

I'm a big fan of big band and swing music, as well as some old country stuff, and I was wondering if anyone had some good suggestions for music that'd play on a radio station like GNR or Radio New Vegas. I'll make and update a list in this post linking to the songs so that everyone can listen to them.

I do have three rules. 1). No instrumentals, 2). No song already included in a Fallout game and 3). No Roy Brown/nuke-related songs. I'd also appreciate it if you could link me to a high-quality YouTube video or MP3 file.
