This translates to:

Download Fire Fox Broswer
It's Official, isn't Any Better!
Become the Free Official Download now!

What moron decided it was a good idea to Babelfish his ads?

Worse yet, the ad links to this, which is a perfect example of how not to promote a browser. The page isn't even properly readable in a standard Firefox.

And again, the Babelfished text:

Eenvoudig beste browser van Internet op de planeet. Niets is SNELLER, MEER VLOT of VRIJER van virussen, pop-UPS en ander netto afval dan Firefox. Wij hebben de rest getest en dit is zonder enige twijfel het beste, veruit. Nu aangedreven door Google, is Firefox slechts veel beter dat. Google is de meest vertrouwde op naam op het net om een reden en met nieuwe Firefox van Google, browser van Internet, is het geen verschillend. Firefox is browser om te hebben, als u niet u zou kunnen uw computer aan smerige virussen riskeren.

I'm not going to translate this one, though. It does state that Firefox is now better because it is powered by Google, and people should trust Google!
