Long story short, my old computer died. Fallout and 2 were always on my old hard drive, but now I need to re-download all the stuff that went along with them. The weapon and Horrigan armor mods, etc. I can find easily, but I can't find the Fallout Mod Enabler anywhere.
It was a slick little program that made running mods lots easier, so if anyone knows where I could dl it, I'd literally do backflips.
