It Wandered In From the Wastes
I'm going to write a letter to SCEA explaining what I want to see in Gran Turismo 4.Here's my wish list:

Voice chat online (Polyphony Digital would be stupid not to include this. An Xbox Live-style voice chat system is going to be so much better than typing things on a keyboard.)

Italian exotics (You know, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and the ilk.)

Downloadable cars and custom soundtracks (This would get throngs of people to buy the HDD. Custom soundtracks is always a great thing- it's my favorite thing about Xbox games. Downloadable cars would be great, if Sony can't get the Ferrari and Lamborghini licenses in time for the release, then the cars can be downloaded later when the licenses are acquired in a month or two.)

Pink slip races (Put your car on the line. Win an online race, and win your opponent's car. Lose and they get your car. The upcoming game Sega GT Online has pink slip races, and I think that would be great in GT4.)

Custom paint jobs (I loved the custom paint jobs in Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3. GT4 would be great with this.)

So, what do you think? 8)
 
I agree with on all your points.

Problem with Italian cars though, it seems as though they are very stringent on who they license their likeness to. Same goes for Porsche, but Lamborghini won't even allow "tuner" cars like they got away with in GT3. I assume Ferrari is the same way.

Whatever they put in, or leave out. It will still be the best racing game around.
 
Has anyone played the GT4:prologue? It had a "making of"- video on it, and on the video there were Ferraris and Lamborghinis, even though they won't come to GT4! Why is the holy KY torturing us?!?!

And BTW, the prologues driving physics were a dream. I quess that the actual game will be even better.
