Graphic Issue

First time out of the vault
I have had this annoying bug since i started the game and it really ruins immersion for me. Sometimes a reload/reboot will fix it, other times it wont. Im playing Fallout1 with FIXT.

Some walls or wall element are completely white or just turn bleach. A part of vault 13 cave entrance for example, or some walls and lamps near Seth position for example. Is there any way to fix this? On windows 7 64bit if it matters, using the steam version. Any help would be greatly appreciated.



Edit: Problem above has been fixed thanks to Sduibek. Another glitch is happening that is stopping me from playing. See below.

I seen 2 other people have the same problem when searching Google but no solution. Both people were using the Teamx patch or whatever its called and the hi-res. What happens is, after about 4 turns of combat, the game will freeze, it lasts about 10-30 seconds then unfreezes. Its making it almost unplayable. Any suggestions or tips i could try, would really help me out...
 
A screen grab would be helpful. Use the F12 key, and look inside the Fallout folder for the image.
 
Sduibek was kind enough to help me out with this issue, its now completely fixed. Im now having a worst issue, which is stopping me from playing. Read below please.
