Green Force Fields at Military Base *possible spoil*

Is this a bug?

Whenever I successfully lower a green force field once, it seems that I can just click on its generator later and switch it on or off without using the repair skill or consuming action points if I'm in combat mode.

Does this happen to anyone else?

Hey,

Hhhmm I never knew that would happen but I don't think it's a bug it actually makes the game kinda more realistic just think about it like this: You find a way to disable the force field and you just use the same way the next time you wanna disable it.
