I am still not on the strip yet. I am finishing quests around Novac and then going to start OWB probably tonight.

Sep 28, 2011 #2 S SharkClub Sonny, I Watched the Vault Bein' Built! I think it's all in shops only. The new ammo types apparently can be found in containers.
