Gun Runners Attacking

Hey.... Right when I enter the gun runners area and walk near the guard he attacks me. I do not know what to do because I want to do missions with them. I do not have my weapon out either. Can somebody please help? Thnaks

Big Bad Bug. Fixed in unofficial 1.3 patch.
