First time out of the vault
Hey there, NMA.
There's a shitload of PnP RPG games based on Fallout out there. The J.E. Sawyer RPG, that d20 conversion thing, Jason Mical's system, arguably Exodus counts as well...
So shit, why not throw another one on the pile?
This book, Guns & Ammo, is basically an extended rework/rebalance of the 2.0 version of Jason Mical's system. It features a ton of new guns, rebalanced mechanics for combat, greatly simplified vehicle rules, new rules for weapon and armor decay and repair, weapon modding, and other stuff!
Why should you choose this over the other stuff I listed? Well, for one, the main goal was actually keeping the vibe of the old games. The good ol' SPECIAL system is still in place, and so are the skills and derived statistics. Everything is more deadly, if that's what you're looking for. There are a few new races, including a Psyker! And there are pretty, pretty pictures because I have nothing better to do.
A lot of love (and time) has been poured into this project, so, despite it being initially intended only for our gaming group, we decided we're going to spread it out on the internet. Because hey, someone else might find it all useful.

Please, note that this is not a standalone game. It's meant to be used on top of the original 2.0 rules, which can be found right here in the downloads section!
Also, a friend of mine is currently working on decompiling and rewriting the PHP character sheet (the one you can also find in the downloads section), so stay tuned for more stuff!
