H&K TC not showing weapon graphic replacements

Hey guys. I had a quick question. Has anyone else had trouble with the H&K TC not displaying the graphics for the weapons? I seem to remember playing an older version of it and it had them, but now they either don't work or weren't implemented. Could anyone clear this up for me? I emailed the mod's maker but haven't heard back.
 
Have you removed the patch00.dat file from your fallout2 folder? most mods need that removed to run correctly, or you could try using something like mod runner to run multiple dat files

Well, I've been trying to run the mod using FAME, and I tried it both with and without the 1.02d patch from interplay. And I didn't use any other mods at the same time. The descriptions and all that show up, and I'm assuming the damage mods to the weapons and such, but no graphics. I've actually been emailing the creator now, trying to get it fixed.
 
is that mod a dat file or a 'data' folder? You could try renaming the dat file to patch000.dat and replacing the existing one in the fallout2 folder
