For those who didn't know, tonight is the Chinese New Years Eve, and time for us asians to party like no tomorrow.:D:D:D

I would like to wish everyone here a Happy Chinese New Year. This is the year of the horse, and for those throughbred out there, this is your year to shine!! The Horse is strong, sexy, powerful, and runs like the wind. As for me, I am going back to my all night feast, partying, celebration, fireworks, and red packets. The red packets are like X'mas gifts except the fact that they are stuff with cash. You can get one no matter how old you are as long as you are not married.

Here is some info for those who don't know:

Whoopee! I'm a Rooster:

--------------------
"The sign of the Rooster indicates a person who is hard-working and definite about their decisions. Roosters are not afraid to speak their minds and can therefore sometimes come across as boastful. They make good restaurant owners and world travellers.

Famous people born in the Year Of The Rooster:
Michael Aspel, Yoko Ono,Rod Stewart, Mia Farrow, Eric Clapton"
--------------------

Hmmm.... No wonder I've been fighting this strange urge to open up a restaurant and travel around the world.......... And why are there a bunch of musicians listed as other Roosters? We're their restaurants huh? Huh? Where are they?

Eric Clapton Burgers - A little old, a little stale, but they can still hum a tune?

BTW: Have fun Starseeker!

Moo..... Moo.... I'm an Interplay Cow. (Ready to be milked with a Fallout style MMORPG with aliens!)

I am an ox (tadaaa.)
I like the difinition ... ok not the hairdresser thing.

Oxes are born leaders, inspiring confidence in everyone they come into contact with. However, they can be too demanding. Methodical and good with their hands, they make fine surgeons and hairdressers.

Famous people born in the Year Of The Ox:
Jack Lemmon, Tony Benn, Charlie Drake, Shirley Bassey, Jack Nicholson

Suits me, what if i'm a Taurus too (regular zodiac) , cause i don't really believe in that sorta things.

I also like about your link a scotland online production.
Hmmm chineese zodiac made in scotland.

Anyway starskeeter have fun, drink responsibly (don't you love it when i'm like your dad)

[font size=1" color="#FF0000]LAST EDITED ON Feb-14-02 AT 09:21PM (GMT)[p]Hey, Man, do you play golf? How about enjoying a nice bottle of Single Malts? Anyway, I didn't care where I got the info from, as long as it's good and detailed presentation.(I was slightly drunk, so sue me:D) Most Chinese Chinese websites from China/other Chinese speaking countries that will have this kind of info usually have too much other junk, unless they are written by someone living outside the realm. The best sites are usually in Chinese language, so unless you can read Chinese, it's pointless.

Nevertheless, has anyone ever been to China town at new years? That alone should tell you that Chinese peoples are actually party animals who just want to have some fun.:D Most Chinese love things to be wild, loud, bright, and happy. That's why we invented fireworks.(ok, that's not true, it was suppose to be the medicine for immortality, but, it still had better than expected results.)

Why shouldn't Rooster be singers? You like to crow, don't you?:D And, I don't know much about the Ox been good hairdresser thing because I never heard of it, but since you are in the management, that should explain the leader thing, doesn't it?:D

You want Chinese sites, here are your choices:

Done by a Taiwanese living in New York, also offers her POV on American culture, and the horoscope is more detailed.

The name says it all.

http://www.torontocelebrates.com/2002/festival/

Maybe this is more up your valley, the site is done by Chinese media companies in Canada, and it talks about how they celebrate Chinese new year in Toronto.

http://www.geocities.com/Tokyo/2324/blessing.html

A written describtion of the famous Lion dance on Chinese new years, done by a Chinese in Hawaii.

http://www.chingay.org.sg/default.htm

The famous Chinese street parade in Singapore, a lot of cool stuff.

http://www.clickasia.co.kr/about/h0101.htm

Chinese new year Korean style, one more argument that Chinaization happened before Americanization.

That's enough info for a day, oh, since today is Valentine's Day, happy pleasing everybody!!:D Anyone got an idea of how to warp a Advanced powered armor? (Maybe she will perfer the sexier combat armor mark II, hmmm....:D)

Just so you know, there is a Chinese Valentine's Day, it's on the July, 7 on the lunar Calender.
