Harvesting Plants

I checked the Vault Wiki and could not find an answer so I guess I'll ask the pros here, my question is:

How long does it take for plants to respawn?
First and Foremost: Playing NV on Xbox 360, secondly I'm in the process of trying to gather as many "Black Coffee'' consumables as I can and despite the fact I wander all over the place the [ Wolfhorn Ranch ] is the only place I can find 5-12 plants of Coyote Tobacco in the wasteland. I usually come back and check between quests and roaming the wastes but I'm not exactly sure how long it takes for the plants to respawn. Any help will be greatly, appreciated.

My understanding is that plants respawn every 3 in-game days or so.

On a note, Traveling to and from Zion does not affect this. The game simply moves ahead 14 days without affecting this timer. You'll still need to wait 3 days before plants respawn on either side.

It's every two or three days I'm pretty sure, with Old World Blues you can grow whatever plants you want though at the sink.

Thanks for the help.

And yes, I know that the garden in the sink grows most plants and I do have the DLC but I'm sort of looking to gather up all the plant consumables that do not grow in the sink's garden too.
