cuz i was thinking it might be a good idea if fallout 3 had the chosen one speak instead of just significant npcs.

your ideas are stupid, you think fallout should revolve around your silly-ass ideas , what do you think would conflict in fallout if the main character had a voice ? just say you make a big strength character and he sounds geeky , or if you have an intelligence character and he sounds like a beast of a guy ? , baldurs gate had voices and how shit does that sound ? with voices it forces the character to sound the way the programmer pictures it , not you ..... now id much rather be able to see my character the way i want to see them , not the voiced pigeon-hole the programmer makes up , now like before , quit your useless bitching......
