Having sex with t-ray numerous times = death and fadeout

[Question]

After having sex with t-ray so many times that he dies,the fadeout stays there.I can hear the music,even press escape and hear the clicking side as the menue is brought up,but the fadeout stays.

Well I can save my game at that moment although I cannot see anything.

Press f4 and press enter twice. That should save the game. Then exit the game. (ctrl+q followed by enter) end restart fallout and load the saved game.

If all goes good it should load the map with T-ray blown up
