Help finding a Fallout 1 inspired game!

Fallout 1 inspired satire game (possibly 8bits, cant remenber), its history was something about saving humans and you were a clone/robot, it also involved a dance for some reason, I also seem to have memories of a city that reminds me of Vault City, in wich the guards would not let me in, saying that in the version of the game I was running they weren't meant to be friendly. I also remenber a part of the website i got it from, it had no Ads, pretty simple stuff, and there was also a few other free games there, including a space RTS game. Any help would be appreciated! I'll also post the name of the game if I find it.
 
You could try Age of Decadence: A low magic, Roman inspired, post apocalyptic game that is even harder than Fallout 1 and 2.
There is also Wasteland, the predecessor of Fallout. There will be a squeal coming this year.
