Help, I get shot by "invisible" gangers

First time out of the vault
Almost everything, including enemies, is only drawn in a relly small radius around me. I can see them on my radar, i bleed from their shots but i can not see them to fire back.

Is there any possibility to change the distance fom which things are drawn. It is relly annoying when everything popps up right in front of you. Maybe some .ini tweak?

Any help would be really appreciated.
