Help in Quincy!

Ok, I've done about halfway through the mission...I've saved the mayor, helped the ghouls out, saved the mayor's daughter...and now went off to save Felix. Ok, problem is, whenever I end up fighting the 'boss' beastmaster on top of the detention center Felix is already dead!

Whats up with that? Is he supposed to be dead? Is there anyway to save him?

Thanks for any help that comes.
 
From my experience the beastlord boss does not start attacking Felix until he see me in sight, so when I did that I marched the entire squad in, took a few hits and took them down.

It could be that the alarm was sounded earlier, resulting the beastlords attacking him earlier than your arrival.
 
Ok that is odd, I thought I had turned the alarm off already...

I'll keep trying, I think you are right though, it is the alarm, even though now it's gone into silent mode
 
even if you've shut the main alarm off, if a little alarm goes off around the prison they start shooting felix. basically just make sure no alarms at all go off. The main alarm sounds like a tornado,blackout siren. so if you hear that in the background you didn't get it shut off. the little one just sounds like an anoying alarm.:)
