help instaling a mod

i downloaded a face and makeup mod and the readme says:

"To apply the textures, you'll need to add the following file paths to your
ArchiveInvalidation.txt file:
- Textures/Characters/Female/headhuman.dds
- Textures/Characters/Female/headhuman_n.dds
- Textures/Characters/Female/headhumanf10_n.dds"


my question is where is the ArchiveInvalidation.txt file?

should be in your fallout 3 folder
if its not there, make it with notepad
