Help me find old game - fallout engine

First time out of the vault
Hey guys just a quick one here, long time ago i typed in "top rpg games ever" or something similar and read a forum on it and saw a game i never heard of before.. i downloaded it and it was great! i dont remember why i stopped playing it i think i got stuck at start. It was the same graphics as fallout so im guessing fallout engine and all i remember was there were cows outside this house you could let out of their pen then go inside and talk to people and something about joining a gang. does this ring any bells to any of you? could you tell me what it was called? it was also post-apoc or cyberpunkish.
 
Alot of games fit that discription. Many of the Rpgs from 1997-2000 using 2d isometric engines have simialr graphics to fallout so that not really much to go on. Plus wrong forum... i think.
