I was playing the Quincy mission and suddenly my main caracter got minus 11 to sneak. Is this because he gets shot alot or what?Because he has been shot to quite som pieces now.

The character could be "crippled" somehow look and see if it says crippled on his character sheet. If that's not the case he could be addicted to something.

Or you have changed your armor to a heavier, better kind.
i changed from leather(77% sneak) to metal armour and i had 55% left

Low by day
When i die
Down i'll stay.
