*Note running Windows XP Professional, patched all the way*
Howdy folks I come to you in dire need, while looking for a program to clear up IE history and what not I came upon this

being the idiot I click on download links, and select download link number 2, it downloads fast I install and proceed to wipe all the riff raff with IE keeps from my comp. Unfortunately it took a good chunk of Windows as well. Things start poofing left and right and I have the gaze of a dear looking at a pair of oncoming headlights, after trying some haphazard attempts at trying to get system restore to work it is not there anymore and neither is most of my options in the control panel.
I decide to restart my computer and see what happens, turns out my NTLDR is missing and now its prompting me for a disk to boot up from, I insert my system disk and it wants a Windows Automated System Restore Disk, *which I cant seem to find, Did it come with the product or was it something you make after installation* My Question is, is this the only thing I can do by running the Automated System Restore and if so how can I make one of those disks if my comp is boned as is.
