help saving barnaky

is there any way to save general barnaky? also i read some posts in this message board that say there are different endings.
will you get a different ending if you kill kerr?

No, he's isn't on "the Hill" or anywhere to be saved.

Some people reported that killing Kerr will lower your reputation. However, it didn't lower mine.

I think you get 2 different endings when you become one with the Calculator: one is good & one is bad depending on your rep. Of course, the other 2 endings are letting the General B. to become one with the Calculator and destroying the Cal.

-bond with calculator yourself
-dont' bond with calculator yourself / destroy calculator
-get barnekey to bond
-bad rep and calculator don't want you

the 4th one I don't know what happens.. never had that, though that's not supposed to be hard.. I'll just kill those BOS at the entrance of vault 0 to drop the rank and reputation

Do you have to kill kerr or not? I killed him and got called a murderer straight afterwards and then I got a great debriefing saying I did everything right.

you have to kill Kerr, you get called murderer whatever way you kill him with, but if you use poison, you don't get a reputation and rank penalty, if you shoot him, your reputation drop like hell
