Help... stuck at gun runners and can't leave.

First time out of the vault
I'm at the gun runners right now and I cannot leave because the NPC is blocking the way out of the bridge!

I have tried Alt-Tabbing out into windows and deleting the Gun runners file from Data\Maps but this problem is still there!

Is there any way out? :/
 
Have you tried talking to the NPC blocking your path and tellin him you need to talk to the gun-runners then moved out of his way to clear the path?

Well anyways what he said really worked. I forgot about that... plus lack of sleep really dwindles your brain cell count.
