Help with Dead Money (Spoilers)

First time out of the vault
Hello, I have been trying to complete dead money for the first time, however I cannot seem to convince Christine to like me. I have already saved Dog and Killed the ghoul. I have max INT and with Mentats Max Per, I pass several stat/attr tests with Christine but no matter what course the conv. takes I cannot convince her to not kill me.

I did try running from her, which interestingly allowed me to come back after hiding in the dark for a while, and she continued the convo and I completed the quest to kill her even though she was still alive. But I reloaded before talking to her, and before getting the kill her quest. I really don't want to kill her and I don't want to make the game think I killed her. I just need to know what exactly I need to make her non hostile after the conversation. Thank you.
 
Did you send her down the elevator earlier? If so, you're screwed. She completely hates you.
 
I was pissed that on my second playthrough, Dean still attacked me at the Tampico even though I activated the holograms for him. Guess I made a wrong dialogue choice in the beginning or something though.
 
You have to be nice to Dean from the beginning to the end.
 
We were best buddies in my first playthrough, I don't know why he started acting like a dick all of a sudden the second time around.
 
I was pretty pissed that I made it a point to always be nice to Dean, yet he allways ends up being an asshole.
 
I think you have to be really careful not to make it sound like you're going after the treasure yourself. My first playthrough Dean helped me get passed the holograms in the Tampico and I had like ten different dialogue options when I first met him there. The second playthrough he started hating me for some reason and I only had two dialogue options, both of which made him attack me when I finally got passed the security.

No, I used my 100 science skill to do something to the computer which allowed her to not use the elevator, and I was never mean to her...

Oh well, this sucks but it doesn't appear that there is much I can do about it.
