Help with Fallout Map Editor

Hi, I installed the map editor but when I try to run the program it says
"Error loading the cities"
And then it closes.
Can somebody help? I really wanted to mess with this program.

You need to install the city patch for your Fallout2.exe and the mapper.exe. You can find the patch here.
