Help with Sound Files

I'm trying extract the sound files from Fallout 2 with DAT Explorer. However, it doesn't which program I use to convert or play the file, the sound always come out playing at such a high speed as to render it useless. Any ideas?

What program are you using? Neither Winamp nor Game Audio Player seems to have this function.

Nevermind, I finally found a program to slow it down for me. Geezus that took a long time.
