Help with this issue please

For some reason I can not aim with any of my weapons, even the sniper rifle. I can switch to burst or single shot, but never aimed no matter the weapon, and ihave downloaded the patch also which didnt help. In the beginning i was able to aim, but not anymore, it also didn't help to switch between turn based or CTB.
Is this some sort of bug? This makes dillon a pretty useless ghoul. Thanks for any help
