Help with windower!

First time out of the vault
DXWnd does not work for me, it opens fallout 2 up in full screen, anybody knows whats the problem?
I have the same problem with D3DWindower-English, anybody can help me?

Hi there! This might help. Open D3Dwindower... Click on "+", find Fallout 2.exe, add it to the program list. Then minimize D3D.exe. On task bar (bottom right corner) you'll see small icons, find D3d.exe, right click, select Fallout 2.exe from the list and there you go. It worked for me. :)
