Help... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This question is for somebody or anybody who can answer it...


It's been a long time since I bought Fallout 2. My manual is missing pages. I noticed this since I bought so don't think I accidently ripped them out( I'm a big time procrastinator :D). There are no little stubs left of the pages so maybe I got a used game that was repackaged, I don't know. That is why I'm asking you. I'm missing pages 87 through 100 and 71 through 74. I think that's it. If you have the same problem reply.
 
The first (and only) thing I would do is to complain to the software retailer (or computer house or how it's called ;) and say that the manual is ripped off so you MUST give me another game or I would kick your ass for selling shit to innocent customers.
 
I never got a Fallout 2 manual. I just picked up how to play from reading the Fallout 1 manual.

Damn, I would really love to had Fallout 1 and 2 in a full beautifull box (I have a full beautifull copied cd-box ;-)). But some years ago the lowest price to buy a game here in Argentina was $100!!!! Not even drunk my parents would spend $100 in a game... But it was nice, $6 the pirate copy... Like 3 or 4 games per christmas ;))))

Now they're between $30 and $60 and the only left place where you can find pirate copies costs $8, so it's easiest to buy licit copies of games....................................................................damn! ;-)

PS: What this has to do with the main topic? Uuuhh... just general comment ;)

Here in Holland I just go to the public library and borrow the game I want to have (or find a friend who already has it). Then I go to somebody with a CD-recorder (lots of friends of mine) and say : Hey, can you copy this for me, please ? And they usually do it for the price of 1 empty CD (about $2 in Holland).
Now that would be about 16 CD's every christmas for the same price http://fallout.gamestats.com/forum/Images/happy.gif

Now why would a manual on a CD be online ?

Well, if you have friends, excellent, but if you don't, you have to buy from an "official" pirate distributor.

Something I do is to bought something big (VS98 6cds) and then copy it in my father work (he has a cd-recorder of.......1x!! heh), then I come back and tell the guy that I didn't like it and I can change the program for 6 games of 1cd or something like that.

Yeah! I'm proud of myself! I pirate even the pirates!

I had bought it in a complitation....Fallout 1+2 and 21 other games for ...euh...about 80$....but the manual only on CD....

In the mall in my town we have a Babbage's computer store where you can get games, open them, play them, beat them, and return them opened in thirty days and you get a full refund. I can get any game I want and keep it only if I really like it. It's a great system.
