hi guys...just wondering..is there any way to chnage my stats? becos my main character and farsight has only strength 5 and i realised u need 6 to use most weapons...so is there any way i can change those stats? i also wanna change my luck to 6 too....

also..is there any place where i can buy more ammo and stimpacks....those docs and QM at the base dun seem to replenish their stocks..and i was wondering if there was a weapons shop in certain towns..like in FO2...thanks

If you're not happy with your char make him again, with the gifted trait, is as good as it gets.
About Farsight at lever 9 you can choose mutate to get gifted, trading for nothing, because she doesn't have any traits...
You can choose bracing or weapon handling if you need to use heavier weapons...
Some random enconters like TRADER, MERCHANT, FARMER have items to sell...or to steal...
The Gas Station enconter has an elexir that gives +1 EN..

If you only need the added strength once in awhile, just use buffout to boost it when you you need it. Just be prepared for the side effects if you do not have the chem resistant trait.

but wat about luck??? is there any way i can increase my luck because i want to encounter a random situation...and can u guys recommend any recruit hu has luck 6 and above?

Yes, when you reach 9th level you can choose the Mutate! perk and exchange one of your traits for Gifted, which will raise all of your attributes by one point. There are dangers there however, depending on what trait you've gotten rid of. Also, you begin to take skill point hits when you level up subsequently.

When you reach 12th level you can choose the perk that allows you to add one point to any one of your statistics.

Or you can use drugs, as has been suggested.

If you are a sniper, you definitely want your luck to be 6 so you can get the better perks later.

Yes, important to keep in mind.

IMO, mutate to Gifted is the best perk in the game. None of the Recruits that I have used have been gifted and "gifting" them has made them twice as effective--especially, if they have no traits to begin with.
