Per this thread on the IPLY forums, it doesn't seem like all the investors are that fond of the decisions of Herve Caen. Here's a beautiful snibblet:
Investor relations has not been very sincere in their replies. I hope that Fallout 3 and Baldur's Gate 3 are released this year but the IR rep Luke Haase could be talking about "20 year Anniversary" re-releases on the PC.
You need to get more clarification from him. I don't know if I can anymore since I've threatened him and all of Interplay and even the SEC with legal action against all of them due to their lack of full discolsure and negligence on the part of the SEC
I also asked him to forward this message to the CEO and I was deadly serious about it. I will see legal recourse if Caen continues to fleece the company by funnelling money through accounts payable while getting nothing back from Titus or Avalon through accounts receivable.
Legal action might be time consuming but there are plenty of lawyers where I live who'll work for free if they can get a part of the settlement.
I'd rather not seek legal action against Interplay, Acclaim and the SEC but at the very least the theft and deception of investors must stop:
I encourage others who are concerned to email the company in the same fashion. We have to let them know we know what they're up to and we're not going to allow it to happen under our nose. Please send other warning shots.
Now this is good old fashion fun isn't it?! Go investors, get me Herve's head on a iguana-on-a-stick!!
