OK, I have never done any modding in Fallout so I have a few basic qustions.
What I am asking is: How long does it take to make a map (let´s say of the size of Den) without characters if you have plans for it already? You know, you don´t actually have to think anything, just create with ready plans. How long does it take to make with a very basic blueprint (that just tells where the houses should be but nothing too specific like where there should a single cardboard box or something)?
How long does it take to make a functioning "special" character and place it on a map? He has, let´s say, twenty lines of dialog, three different items and he can be bartered with. He also walks around randomly.
I am asking for a somewhat average time frame what it takes from a guy with knowledge ( but not necessarely advanced knowledge) of fallout mapping/modding to complete these tasks.
Just give me an answer ( whatever it is) and I´m grateful. Even if you don´t have experience that much you are still welcome to answer. How long did it take from yourself?
Oh, hello, I am new.
