Hidden items

Ok, i may be going crazy, but it seems there are some hidden items in FO2. Now, i don't know how many - so far i've only found 1. Here's how it works:

The items are hidden under scenery so the player can't get them. Period. BUT - there is a way to get your greasy mitts on them:

1) Find a place you think may have hidden items
2) Grab Sulik, take away any weapon from him
3) Find a critter and start a fight.
4) Sulik will find ANY dropped weapons, no matter
if they're hidden under items or not.

Now, like i said, i might be deluding myself here. SO far the only
item i know of is a combat knife under the pile of bones under keeng raat.
AFAIK, only Sulik (or any NPC) can get at it.

Yes, you are insane. Probably edited too many frames.
That combat knife can easily be obtained by the player, just have to know where to put the mouse.

Also you can easily find all the hidden items by opening up the maps in the map editor and hiding everything except items and maybe floor.

But ok, aside from my insanity, the technique i described above IS useful for one thing: playing a thrown character. When you loose your favourite sharpened spear under a dead molerat, try to end the combat, take away suliks weapons, and watch him go fetch it for you!

(if you're brave enough to be playing a throwing character, that is )
