Hidden Valley Door bug

Hey

Im having difficulties entering the BOS bunker in hidden valley.

I am in the correct bunker (east, with the tree stump on top), after entering this bunker it has a stair going down and then a door before the big room. This door isnt there.. the texures for the door is there, but i dont get to "use" this door. It does not give any information as the normal doors does and in console when clicked upon does not give "door" only "" xxxxxxx

The other 3 bunkers works fine i can enter this door into the big room and use the intercoms there.

I have tried entering solo, with Veronica, with and without the passfrase from the holodisk.

I have not yet tried to reinstall, will try this when i get home.
Anyone have any ideas or workarounds if reinstall does not work?

I would not like to use any console commands as it will break my hardcore achivement.

there is no intercom device there.. im at the first door, not the one in the big square room but the hallway before that.
