How can I extract the Fallout 2 item and interface icons?

First time out of the vault
I am interested in creating a Fallout 2 Theme for the PSP, how can I go about extracting the item and interface icons as a .PNG?


NOTE: I am sorry if this is in the wrong section, I had a hard time deciding which section would be the most suited for this topic.


EDIT: Nevermind, I have found out how to do what I want to. Please ignore this topic.
