How can I fix this graphic problem?

Shouldn't the HighRes-Patch fix it (thanks to Sfall)?

The link takes you to the file's former page at 4shared. The page states, "This file is no longer available because of claim by DtecNet Antipiracy." That is probably because the file refered to DirectDraw and "DirectDraw" is a trademark owned by Microsoft. That bites because it's not an exploitation of DirectDraw. That file was more like a compatibility patch.
 
Leopard,
grab sfall mod at sourceforge.net, or visit the NMA download section and try High-Resolution patch. Either sfall's DX9.0 mode or 16/32-bit colour mode in HR patch will help you. Then praise Timeslip and Mash for a while. :V

Failing that, the Sfall mod (which didnt work for me) I have found a russian DL link to the Compatability tool here

Its from a StarCraft website but it works perfectly for me on both Fallout and Fallout 2 (just tested it.)
 
Do you use Windows 98 or some strange Fallout 2 language version or something? Else I can't imagine why Sfall shouldn't work.

Nope I use Windows 7 - UK edition.

SFall didnt work for me, the only way I got the colours functioning properly in Fallout 2 was by using the 'screen resolution' work around trick.

However since I used the compatability tool above, its worked fine.

There are three links ,just look little more and check this "English Version by Mad Scientist" on the page, and next time be more attentive when you post something like this.

Not being argumentative here but I wasn't the only one who stated the link was dead, the original thread isnt laid out the best and could do with an edit.

Also what more was there to say? The main DL link was dead on the thread and no longer available, I had got the tool by performing a google search.

Or better yet NMA could host the file, it's a useful tool to have as most people playing the old fallouts encounter this problem.

Just saying ;)
