How can I get to the oilrig after finishing FO2?

Hi,
like the topic says: How can I get to the oilrig again after completing the game?
I left my NPCs on the first screen after arriving oilrig. Then I completed the game (killing the badass Frank). After the outro I got asked continuing the game. I said yes and so I stand in front of thetanker without any NPCs.

Walking back to the steering room and using the computer (like the first time) doesn´t work anymore, because there is no command available in that dialog.



Can someone help me pls :-)

But it seems you don't have that choice. Do you have any mods installed?

Here's a shot in the dark, but what if you were to lower your intelligence and talk to the BOS dude in sanfran? If you haven't got the blueprints he may reset the tanker computer if you do the stupid quest for him.
 
The blueprint quests are already done. I gave it first this BOS guy for a huge amount of XP (with INT 8 or 9) and than this chinese man in the temple.

The only mod, I 've installed, is the resolution patch 2.2
My Fallout2 Verrsion is the official 1.02 ( http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/dload.php?action=file&file_id=82 ).
Its not the first time I got strange bugs with my version ( http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=51950 )
so no idea what went wrong again. It seems I started with an other version and and patched it after starting with the same savegames. I dont remember it clearly (very long time ago I begun), but something like "mis-patching" must be the reason for this kind of strange errors I encounter!
But Its not that bad, I sucessfully finished the game, leveling after completing it, is not that interesting anymore.
I just posted this in this forum, because I had the feeling I forgot something to do before.

I'll try backup my game, patching it with an other patch and replay the complete oilrig again, I hope this changes something.
