How Deathclaw mutated?

I am interesting in the Deathclaws.
And i wanna kown how these fucking deatclaw come into being?
Reading the Fallout Bible, not find it out.perhaps it's my
carslessness missing it,but ,plz,can any one tell me the secret of Deathclaw?

Explained mostly as a Jackson's Chameleon exposed to the FEV, according to notes in both Fallout and Fallout 2 at the Glow and other locations with background information. The raccoons aren't in Fallout (perhaps a good thing, or if they were included, shouldn't have been able to talk).

How the DeathClaws achieved hair in FOT was through the MicroForté devs looking at old source material and disregarding what was eventually designed as the DeathClaws.

,btw,the Floater and Centure as well and how these monsters became Master's pet(if i were him,i would choose Deathclaw as my familiar,hiahia)?

The Sheepclaw.....en,perhaps they want make something looks funny,and the Deathclaw aren't so fortunaty that be chosen......
