How do I find the true values of NPC stat skills?

In the enity editor, whwn I want to edit the NPC stat skills, I noticed they are all in zero. For example, if I add 10 in the smallgun skill for the recruit NPC, I only added 10 more points to his actual skill value. How or where do I find the NPC's actual values of skills without geeting into the game and find out?
 
The base skill levels are worked out from the formulas shown above the skill description.

smallGuns = 5% + (4 x AG)
bigGuns = 0% + (2 x AG)
energyWeapons = 0% + (2 x AG)
unarmed = 30% + (2 x (AG + ST))
meleeWeapons = 20% + (2 x (AG + ST))
throwing = 0% + (4 x AG)
firstAid = 30% + (2 x (PE + IN))
doctor = 0% + (PE + IN)
sneak = 0% + (3 x AG)
lockpick = 10% + (PE + AG)
steal = 0% + (3 x AG)
traps = 10% + (PE + AG)
science = 0% + (4 x IN)
repair = 0% + (3 x IN)
speech = 5% + (5 x CH)
barter = 0% + (4 x CH)
gambling = 0% + (5 x LK)
outdoorsman = 0% + (2 x (EN + IN))
pilot = 0% + (2 x (PE + AG))

So with an Agility of 5 you'd have a small guns starting skill of 25 etc.

Before you dust off the calculator, just use the make or level buttons to check out the character screens where they're all worked out for you.
