How do I get to the GNR building?

First time out of the vault
I have wandered all around that location but I don't know how to get there. I have also went to Dr. Li in Rivet City and the quest updated so I don't have the arrows to follow. (I am not reloading as I have already played so much of it) Does anyone know a descriptive way to get to GNR?
 
FInd Farragut/Friendship metro stations, until you get to Chevy Chase.

You'll be able to get there.

And I thought that they ran out of celebrity money hiring Liam. :o
