On Fallout wiki, New Vegas, Exploits, After I clean him out, It says I have to be standing in the same cell as the vendor, save, load and presto, replenished inventory. I haven't gotten this to work simply because I don't exactly understand what being in the same cell with him means? It says on the site that this worked for all 3 systems post patch. Could anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Staying in the same cell means staying in the same zone. For simplicity sake let's say that if you want to use the exploit you should save in front of the vendor.
What are you doing wrong? The only thing that I can think of is that you are reloading the game immediately after saving, but the page says "restart the game". I.e. you need to quit the game, not simply reload your save.
