i have chosen Swift Learner for my char, but his exp didnt grow any quicker. Does the perk means that each time i earn exp (by killing enemies or solving events), i will get +5% of total exp which i earned. or did i misunderstand the meaning????
ps: i have install the new patch already

Yes you do.It's worth taken for the big experince loots Ex :finishing a mission. Before the patch would give you 1 Exp point whenever you gained experience;a good trade-off when you killed anything with bellow 20 Exp points(5% of 20 =1) but sucks
later on the game.

But my char who has Swift Learner still dont grow any faster than other chars (he grown as fast as normal char who dont have Swift Learner ), even when i finish a mission which give me more than 70 exp. Swift Learner should only affect char who has it, right?

I have a related question. Now every member of my team has swift learner. It was propably a waste, since you'll only get peanuts for it (5% of 1000 xp is 50!! useless!!). Well, anyway, the display seems to tell me exactly how much xp I get, but what will the display tell if only one person in the team has swift learner? Will it display 100xp and actually give ya 105 xp?

Swift learner really is a waste. While they fixed it to work properly, they should've thrown in some more bonuses for it. 10%, maybe? Dunno.

More pick lock can earn lots of exp. 1000 exp can be earned by high Pick lock skill in a few minute......
the lowest earned exp is 15, a raider only about 10......

well, Lockpick doesnt give u exp directly, but try to lock and unlock a door. u will know what i mean

It just doesn't

There isn't any point in Swift learner. 5% of 10,000 is only 500 xp points. When your next level is 50,000 away, it just doesn't matter. Choose something else, really. If you have a luck of 6 and an endurance of 6, Toughness is a great level 3 perk.

And yes, lock picking does yield experience, but only after the first successful unlock and relock pairing. Subsequent locks are worth 15 xp. Unlocks are worth between 15 xp and some fractional multiple of your total lock skills.
