How do you guys make your characters ?

I'm hoping a lot of people will reply, so try to make the format as short as possible. Maybe with 1-2 line comment at most. (copy and paste, then modify)

Small gun since it's just too annoying to go wtihout, and I like Gauss personally.

i always make my guys with 10 AGI so they get the maximum amount of AP's. i jacked C,I, and L down becuase i figured things like CHA and LUCK would be worthless in tactics
