How many endings are there?

I've found two so far, but I've heard a rumor that there are four. Anyone know for sure?

Also, does rep have an impact on the ending? And I'm a bit curious about why my rep dropped to Scurge of the wastes (from betrayer) on the last level in vault 0...?

There are four but I've only been able to get two myself, i'm sure rep does have something to do with it but i've never been able to keep my rep at a good level I always end up betrayer or just warrior although I have got it up to gaurdian of the wastes I can never keep it there.:)
 
There are 4 possible endings for this game, there 4 and only 4 ending movie files in .bik format (download RAD Video Tool from [a href=http://www.radgametools.com/]http://www.radgametools.com/[/a] to watch them). I have described all of them in the post named "**Big Spoil** Possible Endings and Likely Ending"

Watch the movie, it will be clear to you what ending corresponds to what situation after you watch them all.

Your reputation dropped most likely because you killed Gen Barnacky (there is a way to save him).
