How Many patches do I need for FOT?

I see there are at least 3 patches for Fallout Tactics.
Do all 3 have to be installed to fix the bugs, or just the last patch, 1.27?

The lastest patch 1.27 should include all the fixes from the previous patches and therefore the only one you need to install. The other ones I think are for issues involving sound problems and missing items from your inventory. Only install these if you encounter these types of problems.
