How much will this help me...

Hey, I am playing Fallout 1. I ahve not completed the game but have played the begining a few times. Anyway, I was wondering how much will having a luck of 10 combined with the Finesse trait and a high agility and percetion really help me in combat. From what I have been told I will be able to make a decent amount of critical hits. What are your experiences with the luck attribute and the finesse trait. Thanks
 
just think, you will be able to get the alien blaster and all the hub caps from the over turned lorry. and even meet bob, and attemp to buy a car from im. now you have to go fro that
