How to use FRM converter, where putting the files, what is the transparent color in fallout etc ?

Yes i have already visit these websites, with a few other.

On the TeamX one there's a Guide to Fallout Modding in english.

Unfortunatly, there's ONE page who's not in the zip, the "Converting BMPs to FRMs" one...

I think the last 25 colours in the fallout palette are the transparent ones. Also one of the better programs for converting BMPs into FRMs is availble at Team-X use the one that plugs into Image alchemy, as you dont have to make an image header.

What you going to be modding FT now as well Lich?

For FT just use any graphics software that supports pngs, and download Redviewer from the files section.

To make new art for FO2 you can use frame animator as well.

(ok now i try make some F2 map with only FT graphics- any one try this before?)
