How to get possible error reports from crashes?

First time out of the vault
I went to task manager after crash, and it show "application error, fallout2HR.exe", I tried to press it but nothing show up, when highlighted process, tried to press CTRL + C (if it manages to catch something), but nothing came up.

Is there any other way to get error reports from crashes? I think just save files don't help to get fixes :(
 
I'm playing full screen, and when crash happens screen just go black and show nothing else. Tried open error window with task manager, but it shows nothing.

CTRL+C worked, so not that big problem anymore.
