How to mount M2 on Hummer?

I don't have any super mutants on my squad but I'd like a big support gun enroute to missions. I heard it is possible to fix a weapon on a vehicle. Does that apply to the hummer?
I just got the tank and one guy will be the driver, the other the gunner so any chance this is possible with the hummer (with say an M60 or M2 like in realy life).
 
i don't think it is possible to "mount" any weapon on any vehicle. Some vehicle comes with weapon (e.g. tank). You can shoot out from certain vehicle (e.g. hummer and APC), but that will require your character be able to use the weapon at first place (str requirement).

I think the characters looses some perception, cause it was for me to detect mines while inside the APC, and if I just let my trapper out for a second, i could see all the mines.
