How to play multiplayer with sfall 2.7?

I was a host, but my friend, when connected to me, have seen only my screen and "character selector". But nothing was happen.
(The map was first "Templ")

When i set RunServer=1 . I can't play the Game . I mean i 2click fallout2.exe it not happen . And the process Fallout2 exist in TaskManager . Anyone can run it ?
Funtion multiplayer server can use ?

I dont't know why, but i have run "fallout2.exe" with "RunServer=1" and my friend has joined to me, but hi doesn't know what to do next.

Try the “FO2 Engine Tweaks” thread…those guys designed the feature so they know the answers.

The multiplayer thingy you're talking about doesn't do what you seem to think it does; all it's for is to let other players control other critters in combat. In fact, it's a pile of crap and you probably shouldn't be trying to use it.
